GlobalRoam enters into a MOU with China Unicom NewSpace to launch cMask® service
Singapore, 1 October 2007 - GlobalRoam Group Limited proudly announces that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with China Unicom NewSpace, a fully-owned subsidiary under China Unicom, one of the largest mobile telecommunication operators in China with over 150 Million subscribers to launch cMask® service. The initial launch of cMask® will take place in 3 to 4 cities by mid 2008. Powered by GlobalRoam Group Ltd, cMask® is a 2-way anonymous mobile communication service that enables the subscribers of China Unicom to chat via voice and SMS on their mobile phones without revealing their real mobile phone numbers.
