GlobalRoam Group Limited is pleased to announce the incorporation of GlobalRoam Inc. in the Commonwealth state of Virginia, United States of America.
Singapore, 25 October 2006 – GlobalRoam Group Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to announce the incorporation of GlobalRoam Inc. (“the corporation”) in the Commonwealth state of Virginia, United States of America, on September 25, 2006.
With the incorporation, the said corporation will spearhead our cMask and gCross business operations in the US market and as the business gears up for further expansion. cMask is based on GlobalRoam’s SmartMap, a patent-pending technology owned by GlobalRoam, that allows users to talk and send SMS whilst keeping their privacy without disclosing their phone numbers. gCross is also based on GlobalRoam’s SmartMap that allows mobile phone users to talk and to send SMS to their online friends on Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) soft phone or Instant Messaging clients .
