Easy Account Login with Mobile Number and PIN

GlobalRoam members can now easily log into their account using just their mobile number and PIN. Members no longer need to remember the different User IDs and Passwords to use GlobalRoam's services.

Previously, members needed to remember different user authentication settings to use GlobalRoam's different services, including the User ID, Password, PIN ID and PIN Password. Members no longer need to remember this long list. In line with GlobalRoam's goals of providing a more hassle-free and easy to use service, members now only need to remember their mobile number and a 6 digit PIN to use the various services under GlobalCredit.

The new system was created after feedback from customers commenting on the number of details to remember. The GlobalRoam team swiftly collaborated on the best way on overcoming this obstacle to ensure a simple method of authenticating the user for all services.

Services that GlobalCredit members can easily gain access to include Account Login, WorldNet, WorldCall and WorldMobile.
