Tan Hai Peng Micheal - Chairman
Tan Hai Peng Micheal was appointed Chairman of the Group in 2005. He is an Executive Director of Ho Lee group of companies and her listed subsidiary, Liang Huat Aluminium Limited, which is listed on SGX-ST. As an Executive Director of Ho Lee group of companies which are in the construction business, Micheal's functional responsibilities include business development and overseeing various departments such as Finance, Account, Contract & Tender as well as Project & Development.
Micheal has a Bachelor of Science (Highest Honours) degree in Computer Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology in the USA and an MBA from the National University of Singapore.

Tan Kum Wah Clarence - Founder and CEO
Tan Kum Wah Clarence, our CEO, provides strategic directions and leadership to the Group. Being highly attuned to the trends in the telecommunications industry, he is also involved in service development, business development and marketing activities of the Group. Prior to the founding of our Group, Clarence was the CEO of Pinnz Pte Ltd, an internet startup, from 1997 to 2002.
Between 1994 and 1997, Clarence also founded and managed several other companies, namely: |

Between 1987 and 1993, Clarence was an army officer with the Singapore Armed Forces.
Clarence has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Southern Queensland and an MBA from the National University of Singapore.

Wong Poh Kam – Non-Executive Director
Wong Poh Kam obtained two Bachelor of Science degrees, a Masters of Science degree and a Ph.D., all from MIT. He is currently a professor at the NUS Business School and the LKY School of Public Policy. He is also concurrently the Director of the NUS Entrepreneurship Centre where he oversees various university-wide programs to promote entrepreneurship and innovation among NUS faculty and students, including the NUS Venture Support Seed Fund.
He has published in numerous international refereed journals on innovation strategy, technology entrepreneurship and competitive strategy. In addition, he has also consulted widely for many international agencies such as the World Bank and Asian Development Bank, various government agencies in Singapore including the Economic Development Board (EDB) and Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), and many high tech firms in Asia.
As an entrepreneur, he co-founded three companies prior to joining academia. He is an active business angel investor and/or board member of several high tech start-ups in Silicon Valley, Singapore, China and Malaysia. He is also founding chairman of the Business Angel Network (Southeast Asia), a panel member of The Enterprise Challenge (TEC), founding chairman of BAF Spectrum, an angel investment fund, co-invested by Spring Singapore and the initiator of the annual StartUp@Singapore business plan competition.
He is a recipient of a Public Administration Medal (Bronze) from the
Singapore government in 2005.

Garg Hari Krishna – Technology Adviser and Alternate Director to Wong Poh Kam
Garg Hari Krishna is an Associate Professor and Head of Communications
and Information Engineering in the Department of Electrical and Computer
Engineering, NUS since 1999. Garg Hari Krishna has over 20 years of academic experience teaching in various universities in the USA and Singapore.
From 1985 to 1995, he was Assistant Professor and then Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Syracuse University, USA. From 1995 to 1998, he was a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at NUS. He left
NUS in 1998 to join Philips Consumer Communications in the USA but returned to Singapore in 1999.
Garg Hari Krishna's research interests are mainly in telecommunication
technologies. He has Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical
Engineering (EE) from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, Masters
and PhD in Engineering (EE) from the Concordia University, and MBA from the Syracuse University. Garg Hari Krishna is engaged as our Technology Advisor.

Ong Vincent – Non-Executive Director
Ong Vincent is the Chairman of Viewqwest Pte Ltd, a FBO with IDA focusing on managed IT services for enterprises. He was the ex-CEO of Auric Pacific Group Limited, and a non-executive director of Food Junction Holdings Limited. Both companies are listed on the SGX-ST. He is also the founder of Tridor Pte Ltd, a company focusing on corporate intranet, voice and broadband data access services.

Emily Goh - Non-Executive Director
Emily Goh is the Director of Investments (ASEAN) of Tembusu Growth Fund Limited, a $100M private equity fund. Her secondary responsibilities include portfolio management & investor relations for the Fund. She has 10 years of field experience with regional start up and growth companies in sectors such as forex exchange, education, infrastructure and has actively engaged in business advisory activities covering strategic alliances, cross border M&A and fund raising. She is the Chairperson of the Audit Committee for Globalroam Group and also sits on the board of Tongji Environment (Asia) Pte Ltd.
Emily has a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology & South East Asian Studies) from the National University of Singapore.

Sin Hang Boon - Non-Executive Director
Sin Hang Boon worked in the telecommunication industry for 41 years, before his retirement in 2002.
From 1999 to 2001, he headed Singtel International, the strategic investment arm of Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. During the 3-year period, Singtel Invested into Bharti in India, New Century Infocomm Tech Co. Ltd. in Taiwan, Optus in Australia and Telkomsel in Indonesia. Prior to that, he was a senior executive of Belgacom S.A., Belgium, from 1996 to 1998, heading the strategic development activities. In 1998, he co-led a team in bidding for a GSM-1800 mobile spectrum license in the auction in the Netherlands and won a set of regional licenses. From 1990 to 1995, he was the head of the Business Communications Group, a business unit in Singtel responsible for revenue and profits from all business customers.
After his retirement in 2002, he continued to serve on the board of several Singtel's overseas joint venture companies, until Mar 2004.
He is now a director of Mediaring Ltd, a company listed on SGX and 3 private companies.
He is presently 70 years old and has a B.Sc (Physics) from Nanyang University, Singapore and a Diploma in Business Administration from University of Singapore. He has also completed the Advanced Management Programme in Harvard Business School.
